Job Title: Workday AI Talent Engineer

Job Description

Experienced Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer
Responsible for designing configuring and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition Target Management Learning and Onboarding modules.
Candidate will combine deep technical Workday expertise with nads-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.
Lead integrations between Workday and 3rd party platforms (ATS HRIS AI tools and learning systems)
Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hiredscore (AI talent intelligence)
