Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team for upcoming events starting ASAP. As an essential part of our company you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the event
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Set up event spaces including seating arrangements and decor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas during the event
- Provide information and support to guests throughout the event
- Assist in the coordination of event activities and schedules
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality
