Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic International Recruitment Executive who brings a level of motivation curiosity and passion for collaboration. You will be responsible for sourcing Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timeline
  • Source potential candidates on different platforms like Job Boards LinkedIn Social Media Groups and etc.
  • Search relevant candidates from Canada through all available sources.
  • Approach the required consultants/candidates and increasing the pool of candidates.
  • Maintain the internal database properly.
  • Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Conduct technical interview negotiation on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates and finalize terms & conditions with them.
  • Preference would be given to the candidate having prior experience with the UK market.

To Qualify You Will Need:

  • Must be comfortable in timings from 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM
  • Proven work experience (minimum 06 months) as a Recruiter.
  • A positive can-do approach resilience with strong organization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone Skype and VOIP structured)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search skills/techniques)
  • Fluent English- writing and verbal.
  • Global recruiting experience - advantage.
