- Lead and manage a multi-regional sales team across Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement franchises defining territories quotas and key account strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and monitoring performance metrics across assigned regions
- Develop and implement differentiated business models to engage top-tier customers and unlock new market opportunities
- Align cross-functional strategies with Finance Operations and Marketing to optimize pricing inventory and customer targeting
- Drive product adoption through long-term projects with key institutional clients ensuring sustained growth and market penetration
- Oversee inventory utilization and instrument set deployment to maximize efficiency and service quality
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations Regulatory Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and client performance to support team members on complex projects and high-value accounts
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Life Sciences Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in orthopedics or joint replacement product lines
- Prior success managing channel partners or institutional clients
