Junior HR Talent Sourcer
The role will:
- Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing channels.
- Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
- Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews follow-ups and feedback.
- Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels.
- Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration Social Sciences Communication or related field.
- A masters degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn job boards and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Good writing communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
