Your New Role
We are currently seeking a Analyst Privacy Product - Privacy Services to work in the Privacy Service Center to support technical privacy set-up and implementations for WBD.
In this role your main responsibilities will include:
Troubleshoot issues related to cookie consent implementations on websites mobile and CTV apps
Escalate and manage communication with vendor (OneTrust)
Create maintain and update OneTrust configuration for Cookie Consent and other modules
Assist users across the enterprise with new product implementations or changes
Provision user access
Your Role Accountabilities
Troubleshoot issues 50% time spent on the daily
Assist teams and users in questions related to privacy tech configuration and set-up
Triage issues received through email and slack
Escalate issues to vendor support when needed
Provision user access
Follow agreed process for user provisioning when requested
Manage incoming tickets for user access request in timely manner
Create maintain and update OneTrust configuration for various modules including Cookie Consent Privacy Rights Automation Data Mapping Automation Policy & Notice Management PIA & DPIA Automation Reports
25% time spent on the daily
Configure/update geolocation rules and templates for digital assets based on applicable laws
Configure/update intake webforms
Create/update reporting templates
Update text and translations for policy pages
Create custom ad hoc configurations as needed
Update wording per legal instruction
Perform QA of configurations before release
Raise bugs or issues through appropriate channels
Assist users across the enterprise with new product implementations or changes25% time spent on the daily
Be a point of contact for queries from brand development legal and other teams on Cookie Consent implementation on web mobile and CTV
Provide guidance for blocking cookies tracking technologies SDKs or similar on digital assets
Assist in configuration of new digital assets such as websites and apps including cookie scans in OneTrust
Assist in bulk uploads of data (e.g. assessments vendors) into OneTrust when necessary
Perform QA on implementations as requested
Qualifications & Experience
2 years of prior experience (media entertainment or streaming services industry experience a plus)
Technical background with websites and/or mobile applications
Understanding of cookies/SDK function
Basic HTML CSS JavaScript and Google Tag Manager
Privacy knowledge and/or willingness and enthusiasm to dig into privacy issues
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times even with the most routine tasks
Fluent business English
Not Required but preferred experience:
Knowledge of OneTrust Cookie Module
Knowledge of other OneTrust modules
Website development experience/understanding
Mobile testing knowledge (i.e. using Android studio)
API/Postman experience
Comfortable in working in somewhat unstructured environment
