Job Description
A leading global technical services organisation is seeking a dynamic Divisional Manager to lead its PPE Testing and Certification division. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape strategy drive growth and ensure the delivery of industry-leading testing and certification services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the PPE Testing & Certification teams to achieve year-on-year growth in revenue and profit.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives for the division.
- Drive sales marketing and promotional activities creating new revenue streams through changes in standards and legislation.
- Maintain ISO 17065 and ISO 17025 accreditations as well as Notified/Approved Body status in relevant regions.
- Collaborate with international teams to coordinate PPE activities.
- Ensure staff competencies are maintained and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee safe and efficient laboratory operations and prepare business cases for capital investments.
- Represent the organisation in industry forums committees and standards bodies.
- Manage performance against budgets and operational KPIs implementing interventions where necessary.

- Experience leading change managing multiple teams and fostering continuous improvement.
- Strong network of contacts within the PPE industry.
Desirable:
- Experience growing sales in China and SE Asia.
- Knowledge of global product safety compliance.
