Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in an 8-bed Pediatrics Unit featuring a combined unit with Pediatrics and PICU located on the 1st floor. We serve a diverse variety of diagnosis such as respiratory abdominal pain and dehydration. We promote Family Centered Care and we have a specialty care transport team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to promoting the well being of children from 0-18 years old.
