As a Transactions Specialist IV in the Shipping and Receiving Department you will lead efforts to improve efficiency and support daily operations by monitoring inventory coordinating material movement and working with team members to optimize resources. You will also conduct paperwork reviews investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with departmental policies relying on advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities to achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow to consistently meet service level agreements.
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
• Monitor inventory and support material movement.
• Conduct audits of paperwork and inventory systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Research variances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize storage space and resources for operational efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and departmental policies.
• Respond promptly to email communications and escalate issues when necessary.
• Operate industrial lift trucks and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Stand bend lift up to 70 lbs and carry heavy materials for extended periods.

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours.

We are a 24/7 operation and you must be willing to work weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
