About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness managed by HealthFitness is hiring for Lead Lifeguard in our Bentonville AR facility.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor aquatics facilities patrons and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Enforce and explain rules as necessary. Maintain a professional attitude.

• Quick handling of all injuries/incidents that occur in the Aquatics Center during shift and completing incident/accident reports. Administer first aid as needed.

• Perform chemical testing and document results.

• Assist Aquatics Director with the implementation of various programs and initiatives.

• Provide lifeguard training certification and recertification as necessary for the Aquatics Department.

• Assist in the onboarding and continued development of the aquatics staff.

• Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.

• Additional duties as needed/assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old & hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification with CPR/AED/First Aid.

• Ideal candidate will have guarded in an aquatics facility and have experience in pool water testing and cleaning.

• Ability tonavigateelectronic onboarding and timecard systems.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word Excel and Outlook.

• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
