Own (hands-on execution) the quarterly market share reporting (MPR) process for the region by liaising with zone marketing & commercial teams external agencies (3rd party) and Corporate Finance.
Own (hands-on execution) the market forecasting (MF) process for the region by liaising with zone marketing & growth teams and Corporate Finance.
Own interlocks with Regional General Managers (GMs) CMOs and Global Modality (product) Teams to capture qualitative insights.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis on competitive share win rate visibility and share metrics. Analyze (SFDC) CRM Market data and other sources to build comprehensive data sets for competitor share and market visibility.
Partner with Analytics Lead to build new / enhance existing views on Power BI dashboard (Ecosystem). Hands-on experience of Power BI and (SFDC) is a must while good knowledge of Tableau Oracle Analytics System (OAS) is a plus.
Partner (hands-on execution) with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects simplifying process flows saving hundreds of man-hours a day and creating immense value for Sr. leadership (CEO-12) across Commercial Marketing and Finance.
Run monthly and quarterly forums to foster productive cross-functional discussions between diverse set of stakeholders identify and remove bottlenecks.
Assist the Head of International Market & Pricing Analytics in the strategic / long-term planning process (LTS WWPP Budget setting) by building charts reports and 3rd party backed insights.
Provide executive support to International Head of Market and Pricing during Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Region Operating Reviews (ROR) with Region CEO.
Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Market on Smartsheet.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with CGOs CMOs and GMs of various zones segments (businesses) and sub-segments (modalities).
Constantly identify opportunities to enhance collaboration save time reduce costs and eliminate redundant steps.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
An MBA (Finance/Marketing) OR Masters Degree in Computer Science Data Science is added advantage.
5-8 years of experience in Marketing/Finance/Commercial/Pricing/Consulting domains
Proficiency in Analytical tools: Power BI Salesforce Analytics (SFDC) Tableau Advanced MS Excel
Proficiency in Automation tools: Power Automate / UiPath / VBA Macros
Strong understanding of market reporting process marketing/sales domain.
Experience working in high performance team
Experience working in a matrix organization and with senior leaders (Sr. Director / VPs / SVPs)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Marketing & Market Intelligence. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA - Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Desired Experience (advantage):
Familiarity with marketing terminologies such as orders revenue orders price index (OPI) sales price index (SPI) pricing (price setting/getting) and funnel management.
Expertise in Power BI is a must while hands-on experience with Automation tools (Power Automate/UiPath/VBA Macros) is highly desirable.
Experience presenting analytics and strategic insights using Power BI Spotfire to senior leadership including CMOs/CGOs.
Experience in Market Analytics / Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Pricing Analytics is an added advantage.
