Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
- You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production ensuring compliance with global processes
- You coordinate with all impacted departments act as key contact for modification matters and lead technical validation meetings
- You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools while ensuring quality traceability and reporting on progress
- You plan and introduce modifications into production oversee rework stock optimization destruction processes and system requirements
- You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making (including Make or Buy) cost reduction and standardization initiatives
- You contribute to prototype engine development BOM/component management strategies and continuous improvement
- You apply workplace safety health environmental and quality standards
Your Profile
- You hold a technical background as technician production engineer or similar
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus
- You work effectively in a team communicate with ease and apply a structured analytical approach
- You handle stress and pressure take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement
- You master ERP systems and Winchill and have good knowledge of Microsoft Project or a similar tool
- You are fluent in English andFrench
