Job Summary
Commercialization Specialist
Massillon OH (Hybrid Schedule)
Your Seat at the Table:
- Submit and manage part creation requests ensuring all required documentationincluding specifications certifications and artwork is complete accurate and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- Manage sample requests and shipment tracking.
- Oversee digital asset management.
- Ensure artwork compliance with regulatory.
- Maintain and update internal and external portals.
- Process food specification requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Update technical specifications and ensure version control.
- Maintain and regularly update the departments SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy accessibility and alignment with current initiatives.
What you Bring to the Table:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex information and develop effective solutions independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience with digital asset management systems and portals.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP D365).
- Basic knowledge of translation workflows and certification processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging compliance or administrative coordination.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
