Strategy Analyst IRJob Description
As part of the Strategy team for International Region the Strategy Analyst supports the development and execution of cross-market strategic initiatives that span geographies and business units. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy operations and regional execution in a highly dynamic and diverse healthcare landscape.
Your role:
- Contribute to strategic cycles by supporting market and competitor analysis identifying growth opportunities and preparing insights for senior decision-makers.
- Assist in defining implementing and monitoring strategic initiatives. coordinating with Markets Business Units and Functions across International Region.
- Develop structured presentations and strategic documents that help communicate complex insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support in preparing business cases scenario modeling and portfolio assessments in collaboration with senior strategy colleagues.
- Participate in cross-functional workstreams to drive strategic alignment and support delivery of regional priorities.
Youre the right fit if:
- You have 13 years of experience in management consulting strategy or corporate development ideally with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors.
- You demonstrate analytical rigor structured problem-solving and proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in collaborative cross-cultural environments.
- You are curious proactive and eager to learn about strategy and business execution in complex global organizations.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office role.
