As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)at Chapel View youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Types: Part-Time
Available Shifts:
Days(6:30am to 3:00pm)
Wage: $30.00 $36.57 / hour depending on experience.
Bonuses:
$1000 (Part-Time)

Nurse Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Must have a current Minnesota LPNlicense and be in good standing.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
