Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team. This role is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work with a supportive group of professionals in a well-established agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small commercial accounts a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply though this is not a requirement.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $24-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
- Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a book of commercial lines accounts.
- Handle small commercial accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
- Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
- Communicate effectively with customers and insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain quotes.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
- Experience:
- Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Preference for candidates with 5 years of experience (higher compensation offered).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented in-office environment.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory (training available).
