What you will do
- Oversee installation maintenance and rearrangement of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
- Lead equipment improvement projects to increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and capacity.
- Ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate equipment maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local EHS (Environment Health and Safety) guidelines PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) availability and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Support capital projects infrastructure roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support to new product introduction process changes and audits (FDA ISO corporate).
- Monitor KPIs lead downtime reduction initiatives and support operational excellence goals.
What you need
Required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical services in a highly regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations (21 CFR Part 210 211).
- Experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment Health and Safety) regulations and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
Preferred
- Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation.
- Experience in automated equipment and troubleshooting.
- Capital projects management.
