The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins through direct supervision. You will assure that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Qualifications
- 2 years Maintenance Supervisor Experience
- 3 years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical.
- Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Valid Drivers License
- Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven 2 years of HVAC experience
- HVAC Certified
Compensation*$24 - $26 per hour
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
