We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change as a Service Exp. Associate to join our Change Management this role you will support the design development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies that enable seamless adoption of change initiatives for our clients across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts facilitate effective communication and drive engagement throughout the transformation process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment possesses strong analytical skills and is committed to delivering impactful change solutions that promote sustainable growth and organizational adaptability.
Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to):
Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology Communication Sociology Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Telecommunications Electronics) Business Administration Finance Economics Management.
Additional considerations:
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine Change management and Project Management are also highly encouraged to apply. Studies or certifications related to Certified Change Management Professional Agile Methodologies or Strategic Management are valuable assets for developing the skills needed in this role.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in change management organizational development or a related field.
Experience working directly with change management methodologies tools and frameworks in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Proven ability to support and implement change initiatives including conducting stakeholder analyses change readiness assessments and communication planning.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic work setting.
Preferred experience in industries such as technology healthcare consumer markets or finance.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet) is desirable.
Prior exposure to training delivery or support for organizational development initiatives is a plus.
Certification(s) Preferred:
Change Management
o Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in change management methodologies.
o Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar recognized certifications in organizational change.
Project Management
o Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Agile certifications
Additional / Complementary Certifications:
Data Analysis
o Power BI Data Analyst Associate IBM Data Analyst Google Data Analytics Cloudera CDP or similar.
Digital Transformation & Strategy
o Certifications in digital transformation change management or business strategy.
Technical Tools (optional)
o Experience or certifications in Jira Confluence MS Project Tableau Excel or similar tools.

Experience with communication platforms and digital tools to facilitate stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
