Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service computer entries and poker games clerical work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter all poker guests playing ratings in the computer.
Taking reservations in the Poker Room including but not limited to answering phones greeting guests monitoring poker room for vacant seats general housekeeping of poker room.
Perform all task is that may be assigned in the future.
Must be minimally 21 years old.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regular face-to-face interaction with guests as well as over the phone;
Work is performed in an area of limited access space on the casino floor;
Management contact is required;
Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level temperature illumination and air quality.
Requires prolonged standing and walking through the shift;
Requires excellent guest service skills and have a professional demeanor.

Salary Range: $15 - $16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
