Location: Electroputere Mall Craiova
Position Type: Full-time
Working pattern: Monday to Friday with on-site work from the store and one Saturday* every 23 weeks

What you need to succeed:
At least 6 months of experience in your current position at Primark along with previous experience as a People & Culture Supervisor or P&C Assistant Manager.
Willingness and readiness to relocate to Craiova with support from our relocation program.
Recommendation from your line manager to participate in the recruitment process.

- Experiencein managing complex HR activities (experience in retail industry would be an asset).
- Solid practical knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an interest in developing commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in English at a communicative level.
