A leading international organisation is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and inspire their global Sales & Marketing function. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for driving new business increasing sales of services and expanding a worldwide membership base.
What Youll Do:
- Design and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions.
- Lead motivate and develop the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Drive sales across diverse services and increase international membership.
- Build key account plans identify cross-selling opportunities and establish strategic targets.
- Develop and manage events exhibitions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Regularly visit and maintain relationships with key clients globally.
About You:
- Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
- Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains.
- Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Confident meeting stakeholders at all levels and comfortable with international travel.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Teams/Zoom PowerPoint and delivering presentations/webinars.
- Full driving licence essential.
Desirable:
- Experience in testing or certification environments.
- Skilled in event planning and delivery.
- Social media management experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
