About the Role
As Supervisor youll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations across our campus facilities. Youll lead a team of skilled operatives and contractors ensuring high standards of service delivery in areas such as maintenance cleaning security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate FM services across the campus
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Manage contractors and service providers to deliver efficient high-quality outcomes
- Support planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for FM-related queries and emergencies
About You
Were looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in facilities management or building services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive solution-focused approach
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
