With a strong focus on flexibility collaboration and work-life balance they are now looking to expand their Queensland practice with the addition of a Conveyancer in their Nerang or Coorparoo offices.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring compliance at every stage.

Reporting to senior management your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters including sales purchases off-the-plan and transfers
• Providing accurate advice to clients on property transactions and legal requirements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant property law regulations and conveyancing procedures
• Handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
• Delivering high standards of client service and maintaining professional ethical practice
• Using case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing residential transactions
• Strong understanding of property law regulations and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency with case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
• A professional client-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
