As a Bartender at The Beverly Hills Hotel your compensation will be $25.00 per hour.

A day in the life of our Bartenders it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Bartenders accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

Our Bartenders are responsible for delivering a consistently high level of guest service to each of our guests and maintaining a safe environment during their day.

Our Bartenders are responsible for keeping bar area clean in accordance with food safety guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department

Maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout their shift and being able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally is an essential part of our Bartenders role

Our Bartenders are responsible for mixing all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the standard operating procedures to keep drink costs at a minimum and ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience

Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specialty cocktails dietary restrictions or allergies and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bartenders.

Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Bartenders are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Bartenders must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to stand for long periods at a time bend stoop crouch and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to work outdoors in seasonal heat (90F) or cold as well as inclement weather.
