Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: Starting at $19 DOE
Schedule: Full Time
Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs light maintenance duties around the facility. This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Duties
Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter mechanical failure or breakdowns
Respond to requests for maintenance services
Change lights
Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks
Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance to contractual obligation required.
