About the opportunity
This is Grade 5 role to work as RN In Charge this is fixed term role to cover leave until 31st of March 2026.
Primary Purpose/Focus of the role is to Provide quality client-focused care to residents their family and carers using a holistic approach.
Assessment and monitoring of residents physical and mental state.

You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and NDIS check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
