E-Logic is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (Windows) to design integrate and sustain advanced enterprise network solutions supporting mission systems for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). The candidate will architect implement and optimize secure scalable and resilient network infrastructures across on-premises and hybrid environments.This position requires occasional travel to project sites across theDistrict of Columbia Virginia Maryland California Florida and Rhode Island.
Responsibilities:
- Design deploy and maintain enterprise-level network architectures (LAN/WAN SDN and cloud connectivity).
- Implement and manage routing switching firewalls VPNs and load-balancing technologies.
- Integrate and secure network systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and network health monitoring.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD and DISA STIG requirements.
- Develop engineering documentation network diagrams and configuration baselines.
- Support modernization initiatives to enhance network resiliency and automation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in enterprise network design implementation and sustainment within DoD environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Juniper Palo Alto Fortinet and F5 network solutions.
- Familiarity with network automation (Ansible Python) and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or NetScout.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and DoD network security frameworks.
- Required IAT II certification and T3 clearance.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP JNCIP or equivalent.
