Job Summary

This opportunity is perfect if you are looking for a position with plenty of variety autonomy and flexible working hours. This role is a remote based role however you will need to visit your clients as required who will be based around the Launceston area. 

You will deliver holistic client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home in the workplace and the community improving their wellbeing and purpose in life. 

Day to day you will undertake:

  • Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice such as:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice concerning job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
    • ADL assessments
  • Medical case conferences stakeholder liaison and case management services
  • Support needs assessments

Qualifications :

  • Full registration with AHPRA or Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA in line with your discipline
  • Excellent communication customer service and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian drivers license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on peoples lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
