Starting pay: $17.00 USD

JOB SUMMARY

To operate limousines or any other assigned vehicle to and from any assigned route. To safely transport our VIP guests. To load and unload luggage from limousine and transport it to and from the bell stand luggage room in a rapid and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include but is not limited to the following)

  • To drive the limousines and any other assigned vehicles

  • To direct guests to the appropriate location and provide them with accurate information or find the accurate information for the guest

  • To load and unload luggage from limousine and ensure that their luggage is promptly transported to and from the bell stand luggage room and escorts guests to the Gold Room

  • To communicate with guests and employees in a gracious and professional manner

  • To fulfill all reasonable requests solicited by guests by the Valet Shift Supervisor by the Transportation Manager and by other Eldorado employees

  • To maintain the vehicles

  • To distribute and complete daily paperwork

  • Servicing of vehicles

  • Fueling of vehicles

  • Cleaning ad stocking the interior of the vehicles

  • Assisting the Valet Department when needed (answering phones ticketing vehicles etc.)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations policies and procedures

  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and guests

  • Ability to read write and communicate verbally in English

  • 5 years of safe driving experience in vehicle

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Normal sense of smell touch sound and vision range

  • Requires seldom sitting kneeling lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.; occasional bending & reaching from floor to 6ft crouching lifting/carrying of 25-50 lbs copying & writing of numbers

  • Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters symbols and currency

  • Work area is subject to variable temperatures

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
