Skilled Restaurant Team Lead Chick Magnet

Location: Your Location

Starting Pay: $16.50-$20.00 Tips (Pooled with entire staff)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

As we grow we are looking for a skilled dependable and motivated team member who not only excels in a fast-paced kitchen environment but also has the ability to lead and inspire a team.

What Were Looking For:

• A natural leader who can step up take initiative and keep the team running smoothly
• Dependability and reliabilityshowing up on time ready to work and leading by example
• Ability to work multiple stations including frying prepping assembling orders and customer service
• Strong communication skills to effectively direct and support team member
• Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a big plus
