Skilled Restaurant Team Lead Chick Magnet
Location: Your Location
Starting Pay: $16.50-$20.00 Tips (Pooled with entire staff)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Chick Magnet is an expanding fried chicken restaurant known for our bold flavors fast service and commitment to excellence. As we grow we are looking for a skilled dependable and motivated team member who not only excels in a fast-paced kitchen environment but also has the ability to lead and inspire a team.
What Were Looking For:
- A natural leader who can step up take initiative and keep the team running smoothly
- Dependability and reliabilityshowing up on time ready to work and leading by example
- Ability to work multiple stations including frying prepping assembling orders and customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively direct and support team member
- Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a big plus
