Holy Trinity:An Episcopal School serving children in Preschool through Eighth grade on two campuses in Bowie and Glenn Dale Maryland is welcoming qualified applicants for aPart-time ideal candidate willhave a strong academic recordfocusing onSpanish language and Spanish-speakingcultures. She/he mustsuccessfully pass a criminal background check. This position will report directly to theHead of High School Prepand begins on March 24 2025.

Responsibilities include:

Teach6thGrade Introductory Spanish
Participate in the school community with other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate willpossess:

Bachelors DegreeinSpanish;Masters Degreepreferred; MSDE certification preferred
Experience workingin an independent school setting preferred
Willingness to work collaborativelywithadministration faculty and parents
Spanish fluency
Eagerness to embrace the mission and values ofHoly Trinity and our connection to the Episcopal Church
Commitment to equity and inclusion and have experience working with a diverse student population
Genuine enthusiasm personalwarmthand high energy level

Candidates will be subject to a criminal background check a Child Protection Services screening and a MSDE Employment History Review screening for Child Sexual Abuse and Sexual Misconduct prior to employment as well as a driving record screening.
