DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Oracle Finance Implementation Analyst to join our global ERP Transformation Services team. This role will appeal to individuals with strong Oracle Financials experience from a variety of backgrounds.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the migration of Finance processes from legacy ERP systems to Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Collaborate with business collaborators to comprehend current processes and define future-state procedures using Oracle standard functionality and following Emersons finance standards.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis identifying where localisation statutory or system adjustments are required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective system configuration integration and data migration.
- Lead or support requirement gathering process mapping solution design and functional documentation within the Oracle Financials space (GL AP AR FA CM).
- Analyse fix and resolve functional or technical issues supporting Finance users during testing and deployment phases.
- Contribute to testing preparation execution (CRP SIT FAT) training and business adoption activities.
- Document processes functional specifications and solution designs
- Share your knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives as the global Oracle footprint expands.
- Build your knowledge and experience in global ERP rollout principles system design and configuration activities.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Strong Oracle Financials knowledge demonstrated through any one of the following:
- Experience as an Oracle Finance Analyst supporting system implementation improvement or ongoing operations
- Experience delivering Application Support for Oracle Financials modules
- Experience as a Key User or Super User actively involved in system improvements testing UAT or upgrade activities
- University degree in Finance Business IT or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (in an Analyst Support or Super User capacity)
- Previous involvement in system improvements testing UAT or project work (particularly valuable for super users)
- English language skills required; additional European languages an advantage
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Good understanding of Oracle Financials modules including GL AP AR FA CM
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach
- Ability to collaborate efficiently across business and technical teams
- Effective communication abilities engaging customers at all levels
