We are hiring for our client a successful and growing business within the Built Environment sector who are seeking to appoint a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and support small-scale projects across Northern Ireland ensuring quality safety budget and programme delivery.

The Role

Work with senior management commercial and design teams to plan projects effectively
Co-ordinate and support Site Managers across multiple projects
Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice
Liaise with subcontractors chair performance meetings and oversee programme reviews
Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction at handover
Identify risks manage issues and ensure snag-free completion

The Person

Experienced in Project / Contract Management.
Strong leadership organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator with ability to adapt to change
IT proficient ideally with Microsoft Project experience
Relevant CSR/CSCS card
