Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Director for one of our clients - Industrial / Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industrial / Manufacturing with a strong focus on operational excellence strategic planning and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process including production quality control and supply chain management.
- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Masters Degree
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within the industrial / Manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes lean manufacturing principles and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Work Location: Riyadh New Industrial City
