Global Fraud Solutions
The team provides decision support solutions to address business objectives in risk prevention and fraud detection. We deliver software solutions and offer client support using our expertise and a client-focused approach.
Senior Technical Architect Global Fraud Solutions
The Senior Technical Architect Global Fraud Solutions reports directly to the CTPO and provides deep technical leadership and strategic guidance to the Engineering function. This role requires a forward-thinking and visionary individual to help drive the future roadmap of the organization and implementation of Engineering and Architecture best practices.
What you will do
- Design and guide the development of scalable secure and high-performance software solutions and platform architecture.
- Provide deep technical leadership and strategic guidance across engineering function
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to support product features and enhance development efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key Engineering and Product stakeholders to align on technical direction.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture and design.
- Provide thought-leadership as part of the feasibility process in Product lifecycle process to ensure optimal approach is taken and help influence technology investment decisions.
- Responsible for Research and Development (R&D) Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and/or Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the Developer Experience (DevEx) through systematic efforts to improve the efficiency productivity and satisfaction of developers by optimizing the tools platforms processes and culture across Engineering squads.
- Own the innovation agenda with CTPO in order to future-proof GFS solutions investigate emerging technologies for possible adoption and help GFS maintain its edge and leadership in the fraud detection space.
- Champion and drive the adoption of AI tooling and other automation initiatives in the Software Development Lifecycle to improve Engineering efficiency and productivity.
Skills were looking for
- Expertise in designing scalable secure and high-performance systems.
- Proven ability in technical expertise to lead technical direction and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of software development principles patterns and practices. Previous experience in leveraging AI development tools (Cursor CoPilot Windsurf etc.) is a major plus
- Strong experience with cloud platform services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP Alibaba)
- Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices building CI/CD pipelines automation tools scripting and Infrastructure-as-code.
- Good knowledge of security best practices performance optimization and system reliability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and upskill engineers across levels.
- Proficiency in multiple relevant programming languages frameworks and architectural tools (e.g. UML C4 model).
- Deep knowledge of Open-Source Technologies various Database technologies Microservices Architecture and other emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Core Java programming language and Web development (e.g. Angular Spring Boot).
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
