Engineer the Future of Data and GenAI at Scale

As part of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) team you will work on one of the most ambitious transformations in customer intelligencewhere massive-scale data engineering meets modern AI. What You Will Build and Drive
- Develop AI and generative intelligence on a broad scale by integrating AI services into Adobe Experience Platform to assess how large-scale models and generative intelligence affect real-time personalization and customer decision-making.
- Architect systems at massive scale design distributed microservices that power identity resolution segmentation and real-time decisioning across billions of daily events.
- Engineer high-throughput data pipelines using Spark Kafka and Java to process petabytes of data with speed and reliability.
- Own projects end-to-end from whiteboard to production with the freedom to innovate and the accountability to deliver.
- Solve scaling challenges few companies face optimizing for trillions of queries and experience activations each day.
- Collaborate across disciplines with product design and other engineering teams to craft customer-first AI-driven solutions.
- And do all of this in Adobes culture where innovation inclusion and creativity are part of everyday engineering.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$242000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
