About the Role

We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Game Presenter & Shuffler to join our international team in this role you will be the face of our live gaming experience engaging with players and delivering high-quality service while upholding the companys professional standards and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Present live games in a professional and engaging manner delivering superior player experiences.
Represent the company brand by adhering to presentation and grooming standards at all times.
Showcase exceptional communication and presenting skills to engage players effectively.
Maintain technical proficiency in all games ensuring compliance with company guidelines and performance expectations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the companys growth plans.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive team spirit in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Native/fluent Turkish speaker (C2) with fluent English (C1).
Strong presenting and communication skills with an outgoing enthusiastic personality.
Ability to maintain high energy levels during games that require animated performance.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule.
Reliable punctual and professional with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to think quickly stay calm under pressure and perform with accuracy and discretion.
