For our Client a leading IT services provider and a trusted SAP partner we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant. The company specialises in implementing and optimising a wide range of SAP and other IT solutions for businesses across various industries including automotive energy and retail. Resposibilities

As an SAP HCM Consultant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the implementation configuration and support of SAP Human Capital Management solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert consulting services including analysing business processes designing solutions and preparing functional specifications for SAP HCM modules.
  • Customising and configuring SAP HCM modules with a focus on Polish payroll (PY) and time management (PT).
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Documenting project progress system configurations and user manuals.
  • Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM systems.
Requirments

To succeed in this role you should have a solid foundation in SAP HCM and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM modules especially Polish payroll (PY) and time management (PT).
  • Deep understanding of business processes within the HR domain.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with international clients.
  • A proactive and independent approach to work.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules or technologies is a plus.
