Responsible for the strategy definition strategy execution customer servicing and business performance of the MTP/Broker Market including Multinational. This role has P&L responsibility for the Broker Market which includes all associated tasks and activities for strategy growth business planning performance management and people management.
Your New Role:
- Responsible for the strategy definition strategy execution customer servicing and business performance of the MTP/Broker Market including Multinational.
- This role has P&L responsibility for the Broker Market which includes all associated tasks and activities for strategy growth business planning performance management people management.
- Role requires active consultation with Asia/Country Product Heads as per Broker Strategy.
- Prepare MTP and Other Broker presentation material for monthly and quarterly strategic meetings.
- Participate in all relevant meetings in order to share and develop strategy knowledge and best practice.
- Co-ordinate multiline prospecting meetings (internal) and delivery of multiline propositions to Brokers.
- Arrange Broker engagement functions in order to create greater engagement build relationships expand pipelines and provide broker training.
- Initiate facilitate and capitalize on change and innovations such as new technologies and customer relationship management QBEs interests as requested with internal and external groups and through participation in industry forums and corporate activity.
- Key Performance Indicator: Growth & Profitability - % year-on-year GWP growth in channel New Business Target vs. plan GWP retention % in channel NCOR % in channel Average commission % in channel.
About You:
- 5 years experience within customer service/sales environment.
- Ability to delivery on agreed targets.
- Sales ability and technique.
- Customer service and relationship building skills.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance sales/business development function.
- Strong knowledge of statutory/ regulatory regime.
