Our client a well established digital services provider within the iGaming sector is seeking to recruit a Junior CRM Executive to support the day-to-day execution and QA of CRM campaigns across multiple brands and markets. The role is hands-on detail-oriented and ideal for someone looking to build a career in CRM within the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Set up schedule and launch CRM campaigns (email SMS push onsite) in Optimove.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate campaign flows segmentation bonus logic and comms to ensure 100% accuracy before launch.
- Task Management: Track campaign progress in Asana chase missing assets and flag risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Reporting Support: Assist with pulling performance reports and highlighting key outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with design content and BI to ensure assets and data are delivered as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured organized way of working.
- Experience with CRM tools (Optimove preferred) and Asana is an advantage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Native or fluent French would be considered an asset; Proficiency in English is required.
