Role Overview:
We are hiring a Soft Services Manager to oversee non-technical FM services at airports including cleaning security customer services and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage soft services teams and contractors.

Ensure cleanliness security and customer service standards.

Monitor service quality and operational KPIs.

Coordinate with airport authorities and stakeholders.

Budget management and reporting.
Requirements:

Fluent in French.

Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related field.

Minimum 5 years FM soft services experience preferably in airports.

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
