Language Requirement: French (Fluent)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Soft Services Manager to oversee non-technical FM services at airports including cleaning security customer services and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage soft services teams and contractors.

  • Ensure cleanliness security and customer service standards.

  • Monitor service quality and operational KPIs.

  • Coordinate with airport authorities and stakeholders.

  • Budget management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years FM soft services experience preferably in airports.

  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
