Job Summary

Position: Capital Raising Manager Private Equity
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Compensation: USD $6500-$7000 per month commission

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proven fundraising professional to accelerate investment into Cambodias landmark property developments. The role involves engaging an international base of institutional investors family offices and high-net-worth individuals particularly across ASEAN and guiding them from first interaction through to final close.

What Youll Be Doing

Capital Acquisition: Design and implement fundraising initiatives to surpass target commitments.
Investor Development: Identify qualify and expand relationships with LPs including pensions endowments institutions family offices and UHNWIs.
Relationship Stewardship: Serve as the main point of contact fostering durable and trusted investor partnerships.
Pitching & Materials: Create high-impact documents (pitch books PPMs DDQs financial models) and deliver presentations that resonate with sophisticated investors.
Due Diligence & Transactions: Lead investor review processes address queries and coordinate with finance/legal teams to finalize deals.

What Were Looking For

5-7 years experience in fundraising investor relations or capital markets business development.
Background in Investment Banking (ECM/DCM or coverage roles) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated success in raising funds for private equity real estate or other alternative assets.
Established network across institutions family offices and HNW investors.
