Inside Sales Specialist- Remote (US only)
About this role
Dementia caregivers are often stressed isolated and under-supported. This program offers families a personalized tablet-based coaching solution that helps Caregivers build the confidence and skills they need to minimize hospital visits for patients with dementia.
You will be the first voice the Caregivers hear as lifeline that opens the door to Free transformative support.
What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers (leads provided)
- Use your communication skills to explain a free caregiver support program
- Listen with empathy identify caregiver needs and guide them toward enrollment
- Track your outreach efforts in our CRM system (training provided)
- Collaborate with the coaching and engagement team as needed
- Provide feedback on whats working and where improvements can be made
- Stay compliant with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
- The position is fully remote & full-time (40 hrs) with a pay range of $20-$22 per hour
About you
- Life experience is an advantage especially if you have family/ employment experience with alzheimers / and or caregiving
- Ideally you will be empathetic resilient and have experience with cold calling persuasive phone manner and dementia care.
