Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business consisting of small commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Quote new and renewal business leveraging industry expertise to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a producer role within a brokerage setting or as an Account Manager with a strong sales background.
- Familiarity with commercial lines insurance particularly in managing contractor accounts.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Proficiency in using insurance software with experience in Zywave being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to delivering results.
