Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) plays a vital role as a key member of our dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering primary care to the adult population. This position involves examining assessing planning and managing the health care of assigned patients in collaboration with and under the general supervision of a licensed physician. The NP/PA obtains comprehensive patient histories conducts physical examinations orders and interprets laboratory tests develops and implements individualized treatment plans performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures documents clinical findings and provides patient education and counseling to support high-quality primary and preventive care services.
