Job Description
- Manage a caseload of extraordinary ability (EB-1A) petitions along with O-1 and NIW matters
- Develop customized case strategies to highlight clients achievements and U.S. contributions
- Draft and edit persuasive petition letters and evidence packets
- Conduct consultations with clients providing clear advice on case viability and strategy
- Collaborate with case managers and staff to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Stay informed of USCIS policies adjudication trends and legal developments
- Mentor junior staff on best practices in high-achiever petitions
- Maintain strong attorney-client relationships through empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar membership (in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience particularly with EB-1A O-1 or NIW
- Excellent legal writing and persuasive storytelling abilities
- Strong case management skills with the ability to juggle deadlines
- Exceptional communication and client counseling skills
- High attention to detail and passion for supporting extraordinary clients
