- The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality individualized cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy or bachelors degree Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
- Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience 1 year or equivalent experience - Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
