Job Summary

Clinical Pharmacist at our Hospital in Oregon
Full-Time/Day Shift

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality individualized cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the sisters of the hospitals mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:

PharmD Pharmacy or bachelors degree Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
