Job Title: Contract Product Researcher (Part-Time)
Location: Hybrid - Lehi Utah
Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Employment Type: Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Contract Product Researcher to support our team with customer interviews market and product research. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data evaluating trends and providing clear insights. The position offers part-time hours (510 per week) and the opportunity to work independently while contributing to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer interviews within the B2B space as assigned.
- Gather analyze and summarize customer data.
- Create concise reports and recommendations based on findings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends customer needs and relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to align research with project goals.
- Present insights in clear and actionable formats (spreadsheets summaries presentations etc.).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in product customer research market analysis or related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in online research spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Must be located near Lehi Utah for occasional in-person meetings if needed
Compensation:
Hourly contract position; rate commensurate with experience.
