To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Analyst Client Technologies located in Prai Penang.
What a typical day looks like:
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and well verse on mobile phone operating system such as IOS and Android.
- Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers scanners and etc.
- Knowledge of windows security patching and anti-virus programs.
- Excellent windows OS problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- To support daily technical support activities for desktop laptop network management and mobile phones.
- Manage the IT hardware inventory with focus on driving the overall budget.
- Ensure product is complete and attain customers requirements along with functions properly.
- Provides technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Additionally the role configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
